Pastor Steve continues a new, six week series entitled Redeeming Ruth. The story of Ruth is one of the best narratives in the Scriptures. Ruth's journey from her lowest point to her highest point is a story that will inspire us all. Her story is more than inspiration, because it's more than her story--it's actually God's story. It's a story about how we can see God's hand in all things and know in confidence that God is both sovereign and good. He wants the best for us!

Today's lesson examines God's Hand in Our Risks as we look at Ruth 3. “Better safe than sorry,” “Be careful, make sure you know what you are doing.” We’ve all heard these phrases when we were kids and maybe even when we were adults. But the reality is, sometimes we need to take risks in order to see God do
big things. This week we’ll be looking at Ruth and seeing the risk that Ruth took in order to change her life. What risk do you need to take?

The book of Ruth is hidden in the front of the Old Testament and stands as the eighth book of the Bible right between Judges and 1 Samuel.
