Pastor Steve concludes his series entitled Redeeming Ruth. The story of Ruth is one of the best narratives in the Scriptures. Ruth's journey from her lowest point to her highest point is a story that will inspire us all. Her story is more than inspiration, because it's more than her story--it's actually God's story. It's a story about how we can see God's hand in all things and know in confidence that God is both sovereign and good. He wants the best for us!

Today's lesson examines God's Hand in Our Redemption as we look at Ruth 4:13-22. It is a timely message as we begin the Advent Season. I love the word “legacy.” Leaving something for my kids, the future – is
inspiring for me. This week we’ll finish the story of Ruth and Boaz and learn what legacy they leave the world through God’s hand in their life – the person of Jesus Christ.

The book of Ruth is hidden in the front of the Old Testament and stands as the eighth book of the Bible right between Judges and 1 Samuel.
