Kim Boguskie
Preschool Director
Kim has been in the Early Childhood Education field for 25 years and served in many roles, including a Teacher, an Assistant Director, a Preschool Director, District Manager and a Regional Manager. Kim holds a level 2 TECTA Administrator's Credential from the state of Tennessee, Florida Staff Credentials, Florida Director's Credential and a National Director's Credential. Kim also has a Child Development Associates.

Kelly Rockhill
Pre-K Assistant Teacher
Kelly attended David Lipscomb University for two years and then transferred to Jeff State University. Kelly also attended Herzing Institute where she completed her first year of Nursing. She is passionate about working with the elderly and young children. Kelly also owns her own part-time pet-sitting business. Kelly thrives on our team here in any classroom, but especially loves the Pre-K class. Kelly joined our team 5 years ago.
Pre-K Assistant Teacher

Susan Gebo
Three-Year-Old Lead Teacher
Susan has spent most of her adult-life dedicated to teaching children. She has worked in licensed preschools for 14 years. Over that time, Susan has increased her skills and knowledge by taking many Early Childhood Education training and college courses. Susan dedicates most of her free time giving back to the community, mostly through cross-country. Susan is in her 3rd year with our team at Community Church Preschool.

Amber Cochran
Three-Year-Old Assistant Teacher
Amber attended Purdue University where she earned my Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education. She taught Pre-K for a few years before deciding to stay home with my own children for 15 years. I have been a Pre-K assistant for 6 of the last 9 years while back to work. Amber relocated to Santa Rosa Beach from Pennsylvania and joined our team last year.

In 2021, she returned to college at Baptist University of Florida and completed her Bachelors degree in Ministry studies. Amy previously worked at Community Church Preschool for 6 years and then became a private nanny for 2 years. Amy re-joined our team last year at Community Church Preschool.

Substitute Teacher
Cindy graduated from Kennesaw State University with a B.B.A. Cindy worked in the Walton County School System for over 10 years, before deciding to join our team here at Community Church Preschool over 5 years ago. Pre-K is definitely her specialty. Cindy is passionate about art on all levels, and considers herself a “creative environmentalist” by using recycled objects in all of my art creations.
